Since our founding, The Riding School, LLC  has introduced young people to the joy of riding and caring for horses and ponies.

Our monthly riding packages ( with the exception of Lead Line) include a  horse care class taught the third Saturday of every month. We strongly encourage our riding students to attend the ground classes to get the most out of our programs.

The Riding School operates year-round in the comfort of our indoor arena. We have an outdoor arena too which we enjoy on good weather days in the spring, summer and fall.

To learn about our school, consider booking an Orientation Lesson.  This one hour lesson covers safe handling, leading, grooming and tacking up. You and your child will have a chance to meet the instructor, experience the teaching style, and decide if you'd like to subscribe to one of our monthly lesson programs.  

Children ages, 3 - 7 are welcome to participate in a Lead Line session. We offer either a private session for the youngest riders, and Mom & Me classes for kids, ages 4 - 7.   Please visit the Mom & Me page for more information.

Horse Owners are invited to join us for riding lessons. We'll gladly provide you with "tune-up" instruction to help you and your horse prepare for hunter competitions. For pleasure riders, we can give you new ideas or techniques for your regular riding and training.
